Where do I choose my secondary?I'm lvl 2!

Hello.

Please read the FAQs and the guides in the New Players Center. The "search" button also does wonders.

As for your question, please take a look at this guide to pre-searing Ascalon. The next few pages in particular have the locations of the profession trainers. In order to gain a secondary, you will need to find the trainer who will give you the secondary profession quest. After completion of that quest, you will have the option of permanently accepting that secondary (until ascension, that is, but that's another story).
